Job description

Key Accounts Logistics Specialist – Boulder, CO (Local Hybrid) 

We are seeking an organized, self-motivated, and aspiring individual to join our Service Logistics Team.  

Job Summary:

The Key Accounts Logistics Specialist plays a crucial role in the management and execution of part service part movements to and from key account customer locations. Reporting to the Service Logistics Manager, this role fills the need for consistent monitoring and timely action to ensure the key account replacement part SLAs are fully met.  

Core Responsibilities: 

This position requires a high degree of independence and self-motivation. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple concurrent inbound and outbound logistics transactions while maintaining strict attention to detail and documentation standards.

Documentation and Process Management

  • Create, modify, and maintain comprehensive inventory transaction logs for both inbound and outbound shipments
  • Collaborate with Service Logistics Team to ensure parts are being allocated appropriately based on availability

Inventory Coordination and Part Management

  • Manage the coordination and receipt of faulty goods back into Spectra’s ERP system
  • Monitor repair process loop timing and flag items of concern to allocate effectively to avoid outages
  • Monitor Key Account specific part numbers and work with Service Logistics Manager to request additional inventory as required

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Inventory management within a high-volume environment
  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments under pressure
  • Attention to detail, a professional attitude, and timely execution of tasks are paramount

Preferred Technical Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
  • Working experience with ERP systems (ex. Dynamics or SAP) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack)
  • Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Boulder, CO office. Relocation assistance is not available. Only local candidates will be considered

    Compensation: $75-85K.  While this salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, a candidate’s actual salary will be competitive based on a variety of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
