Job Description

Chiropractor – Bloomington, IL Chiro One Wellness Centers

Bloomington continues to be a strong, steady market for patient demand—and we're thoughtful about who we bring into each clinic. This is a role for a chiropractor who wants to focus on patient care, grow their clinical confidence, and be part of a team that's built to support.

What your days look like You'll step into a clinic designed for flow, where your focus stays on patient care. You'll evaluate patients, deliver adjustments, review imaging when needed, and guide care plans that evolve with progress.

You won't be managing everything alone. Clinical Techs support patient flow, exercises, and scheduling, while on-site imaging allows you to assess, diagnose, and treat in real time. Between visits, you'll collaborate with your team, track outcomes, and stay connected to each patient's progress.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + performance bonus (paid biweekly)
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Paid malpractice insurance
  • PTO + holidays
  • 401(k)
  • Paid, structured onboarding and training
  • No Franchise or buy-in fees - Zero financial risk

You're not operating like a solo practitioner. A full corporate support structure handles billing, operations, HR, and compliance—so your time stays centered on patients, not paperwork.

Care is built around outcomes. With imaging and a clinical support team in place, you can move efficiently from assessment to treatment to progress tracking—without relying on one-size-fits-all care plans.

And you're not doing it in isolation. You'll be part of a broader network of chiropractors—people you can learn from, collaborate with, and grow alongside.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic Degree
  • Licensed in IL
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy including experience using Microsoft applications such as Teams, Excel, Sharepoint, etc.
  • Comfortability in social settings, and ease with interactions with other people
  • Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow
