• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients, including a detailed review of medical history and performance of musculoskeletal assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies effectively to patients and their families, ensuring that they are engaged in the goal-setting process.
• Implement and monitor treatment protocols, employing a range of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care, discussing treatment plans and sharing insights on patient progress in regular meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and federal regulations while managing electronic health records.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in physical therapy to inform practice and enhance treatment strategies.

You will work primarily with adult and adolescent patients facing challenges from post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and conditions specific to scoliosis. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain one in Virginia.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting and adapt to evolving healthcare environments.

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting, especially in rehabilitation or chiropractic care.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
