THE JOB:
As a Live Streaming Studio Supervisor, you will be responsible for directly leading the operation and conduct of the live games for our live streaming service. You will help hire and train Game Presenters and provide ongoing coaching and training to Game Presenters to maintain a professional and fun atmosphere for customers. You will be responsible for overseeing staff scheduling, resolving guest complaints, and other operational tasks to ensure department and regulatory standards are met. We are looking for someone who will be at the heart of the action and is passionate about leading a team and taking charge.
THE STARTING RATE: $25.50 Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Leads and manages Game Presenter performance, ensuring exceptional guest service, consistent execution, and adherence to departmental policies and procedures
  • Supports hiring, onboarding, and training of Game Presenters, including ongoing coaching, performance development, and reinforcement of standards
  • Addresses escalated guest concerns, resolves gameplay errors in real time, and documents incidents as required
  • Monitors studio operations, including technical performance and staffing levels, stepping in as a Game Presenter when needed
  • Fosters a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in hospitality, entertainment, or front-facing guest service is required
