Founded in 2001, K logix provides cybersecurity advisory and consulting services. Our white-glove approach empowers leaders to advance their security programs and strategically align with the business to reduce risk.

The Position:


K logix is seeking a motivated, energetic, and creative Marketing Events Coordinator to join our growing team. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing Events and offers hands-on experience within a fast-paced, collaborative environment at a Boston-based cybersecurity company.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain experience in event planning, marketing operations, and strategic program execution while supporting a wide range of client-facing and internal events.

The K logix events program creates unique experiences for customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams, bringing together cybersecurity leaders through executive dinners, networking events, conferences, and curated experiences. We are looking for someone eager to learn, contribute ideas, and support all aspects of event coordination and execution.


Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm and research event concepts aligned with program goals and audience criteria
  • Research venues and manage details, including availability, capacity, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Create and maintain event tracking spreadsheets and organizational documents
  • Utilize HubSpot to build event registration pages and landing pages
  • Support marketing operations through data entry and database management
  • Assist with event logistics, planning, and on-site execution
  • Organize and maintain marketing storage areas, event materials, and inventory
  • Assist with packing, shipping, mailings, and transporting event materials as needed
  • Comfortable lifting and moving boxes, event supplies, and marketing materials
  • Participate in team meetings and strategic event planning discussions
  • Support additional marketing and administrative projects as needed
  • Travel locally for venue walkthroughs and site visits as required

Qualifications:

  • Located within a reasonable commuting distance to downtown Boston
  • Have reliable transportation for local travel related to events and venue visits
  • 1+ years of marketing or events experience
  • Must work in-person at the Brookline office a minimum of 3 days/week
  • Experience with Outlook and other Microsoft programs (HubSpot or other marketing platform experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Creative thinker who is comfortable sharing ideas and contributing to brainstorming sessions
