SUMMARY
Q2 is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Transformation Team and lead the delivery of large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that will reshape how we operate and compete. In this role, you will own end-to-end program delivery across multiple business units, product lines, and geographies-translating strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You will apply structured problem-solving frameworks, design thinking, and lean process methodologies to reimagine future-state operating models and drive meaningful change across people, process, and technology. This role demands exceptional executive communication skills, deep experience managing complex interdependencies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering consistent, high-quality execution. The ideal candidate brings a continuous learner mindset, relevant domain expertise in fintech or enterprise software, and a demonstrated track record of embedding transformation initiatives into sustained business operations. If you're energized by the challenge of fundamentally rethinking how organizations work, and you want to lead that transformation at scale, this is your opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs spanning multiple business units, product lines, and geographies; own roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Apply design thinking and lean methodologies to clearly articulate problems, reimagine future states, and optimize processes; use structured critical thinking frameworks to drive data-driven decision-making and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while operating within ambiguity, providing subject matter expertise and solutions; directly lead specific initiatives as needed to ensure program objectives are achieved.
  • Lead and develop project managers to drive consistent execution and reporting; establish program management standards, metrics, and governance to drive execution excellence.
  • Act as primary coordinator between executive sponsors, business leaders, and execution teams; facilitate program reviews, steering committees, and decision forums with clear communication of status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate change management initiatives-including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies-to embed transformation into normal course operations and ensure sustained business impact.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks across initiatives and interdependencies.
  • Leverage AI tools (GenAI, Agentic AI) and enabling software (Excel, PowerPoint, Figma, Jira) to enhance program delivery and reporting.
  • Partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive revenue growth, optimize product delivery, and deliver productivity improvements.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience leading complex, enterprise-scale programs with multiple interdependent projects; strong preference for enterprise software, SaaS, fintech, or similar corporate environments.
  • PgMP or PMP project management certification.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into executable delivery plans and embed transformation into sustained business outcomes.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills: present confidently to large audiences and senior leadership; influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Deep expertise in dependency management, risk management, and issue resolution within complex operating environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner across functional areas to develop execution strategies and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and financial acumen to support data-driven decision-making and program governance.
  • Hands-on experience with transformation methodologies: design thinking, lean process improvement, value stream mapping, and/or customer experience frameworks (Six Sigma, LEAN, CX, Product Design preferred).
  • Demonstrated mastery of structured decision-making and critical thinking frameworks for complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Proven change management skills: stakeholder identification, engagement strategy, communication planning, and adoption execution.
  • Clear track record of driving transformation spanning people, process, and technology.
  • Proficiency in enabling tools: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Figma/Visio, and Jira.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools-including GenAI and Agentic AI-to enhance program delivery and operational efficiency.

PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, Design Thinking).
  • Prior experience building, scaling, or leading a transformation function.
  • Executive coaching, leadership development, or organizational design experience.
  • Domain expertise in one or more of the following:
    • Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing - driving revenue growth initiatives
