Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm
OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Program Coordinator within the Sales Operations department, you will undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks for the data driven business environments. The Program Coordinator will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as helping with operational duties. The Program Coordinator must be organized and detail-oriented and comfortable working with cross functional teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Supporting the planning and coordination of a program and its activities
o Ensuring implementation of policies and practices
o Managing communications through E-mail, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
o Helping to build positive relations within cross functional teams
o Scheduling and organizing meetings/events and maintaining agenda
o Keeping updated records and creating reports or proposals
o Supporting growth and program development
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field of study or have prior administrative experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Exhibit strong problem solving and decision-making skills
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite

o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

FULL-TIME BENEFITS:

COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is $52,000 - 57,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
