Position Summary
PSQ Productions is seeking reliable and hardworking Event Operations Crew Members to support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations, ensuring safety standards are met, and delivering high-quality event experiences. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is comfortable with physical labor and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down event infrastructure, including staging, tables, chairs, barricades, and signage
  • Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment before, during, and after events
  • Operate basic tools and assist with equipment operation as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Assist with event logistics and respond to real-time operational needs
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and event timelines

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and willingness to learn new equipment
