Interstate Parking: Parking Events Supervisor – Parking Operations

Location: Downtown Milwaukee, WI 


We are currently looking for a results-oriented team member to assist with the daily and event operations of our Events Team at all parking locations. In this role, you’ll work directly with an operations team made up of managers, supervisors, cashiers, and traffic directors to create a world-class customer experience for our clients and guests.

  • Assist in the management and oversight of Interstate’s parking operations for event parking at multiple locations.
  • Ensure customers and clients receive exceptional customer service.
  • Develop, implement, and supervise event parking operations and procedures within budget, operations plan, and brand guidelines.
  • Hire, manage, train, schedule, and develop a staff of customer service team members.
  • Monitor facilities for cleanliness, signage, safety, and compliance with company standards.

  • Relevant experience in parking, events, operations, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Experience scheduling full-time and part-time team members.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
