This is a mission to scale our Midwest footprint with absolute operational efficiency. As Operations Director, you’ll own the "day-to-day" engine of keeping our locations pumping out award-winning menu items to increase repeat traffic and rave reviews. You’ll partner with Finance to keep COGS and labor within an optimum running window. You’ll work with Marketing on fresh promotions and assist in our brand evolution. Whether auditing a drive-through for service excellence, inspecting a batch of fresh roasted beans, or orchestrating profitable new store openings, you will be the architect and guardian of our future systems. Position Performance Outcome Expectations
- Reduce the CEO’s time spent on middle-management tasks and tactical firefighting by 60% within the first 12 months.
- Maintain a 90% completion rate on all EOS "Quarterly Rocks" (key strategic initiatives) across all departments.
- Maintain company-wide COGS at or below 28% and Labor at 24% through direct partnership with Finance.
- Achieve a 10% YoY increase in same-store sales while maintaining a 95% aggregate score on customer reviews.
- Successfully launch 4+ new locations annually, ensuring each is fully staffed and profitable within 90 days of opening.
- Identify and develop at least four "promotable leaders" annually to ensure the leadership pipeline matches our expansion speed.
- Maintain a high-performance culture characterized by professionalism, happy hustle, and a collaborative "team-first" spirit.

Qualification Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience, ideally in a fast-casual or coffee environment during a high-growth phase.
- Proven experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar scorecard management frameworks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred; MBA a bonus preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret P&L statements, manage budgets, and optimize COGS/Labor margins.
