Position Summary: The Marketing Manager will lead LINQX's marketing strategy, brand development, demand generation, and go-to-market execution. This role is responsible for market and competitive research, positioning, campaign development, content strategy, digital marketing, event marketing, and sales enablement. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Operations, the Marketing Manager will leverage AI-powered tools, marketing automation, and data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth. The role will oversee website and SEO initiatives, HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub management, content and brand consistency, marketing analytics, and performance reporting, while continuously identifying innovative opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, scalability, and business results.
Key Roles / Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute AI-driven marketing strategies, go-to-market plans, and campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research using AI-powered tools to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and positioning strategies.
  • Efficiently manage and track marketing budgets, including marketing campaign ROI.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, product launches, and pipeline growth targets.
  • Manage integrated marketing programs across website, SEO, email, CRM, social media, paid advertising, webinars, events, content marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Own LINQX brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling communication across all channels.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and marketing technologies to improve content creation, campaign performance, customer insights, workflow efficiency, and scalable execution.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including lead management, automation, nurture programs, reporting, and marketing analytics.
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, customer engagement, and marketing ROI.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with extensive marketing coursework, or a Marketing degree is required.
  • Proficiency in graphics design and multimedia design is preferred.
  • At least five (5) years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in software, SaaS, technology, engineering, oil and gas, energy, or other technical markets.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, HubSpot AI, Google AI tools, or similar platforms to improve marketing research, content development, analytics, SEO, and workflow efficiency.
  • Strong written, communication, messaging, content development, project management, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business, reporting, presentation, collaboration, and analytics tools.

Working Conditions:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
