Job description

Role Overview:

UAS International Trip Support is seeking a hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing activities across the US market, with a primary focus on event coordination, marketing materials, and social media support. The role will have a strong focus on supporting the planning and execution of industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities across the US. The Junior Marketing Specialist will coordinate event logistics, vendors, promotional materials, registrations, on-site requirements, and post-event activities while supporting broader regional marketing initiatives.


This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career marketing professional or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in events, B2B marketing, and the business aviation industry while working closely with UAS' global marketing team, regional sales team, and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination & Execution:

  • Support the planning and execution of industry events, exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and networking activities across the US, including but not limited to: Event research and registration, vendor and venue coordination, promotional materials and giveaways, booth and event logistics, Attendee lists and communications, scheduling and on-site event support, post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain an up-to-date events calendar and assist with managing event timelines, deadlines, registrations, bookings, and deliverables.
  • Communicate and coordinate with event organizers, venues, hotels, vendors, contractors, and other external partners regarding event requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of event materials, including banners, signage, brochures, business cards, promotional items, giveaways, and other branded materials.
  • Provide on-site event support, including setup, registration, booth management, attendee engagement, materials management, and breakdown.
  • Coordinate post-event activities, including organizing leads and contacts, supporting follow-up communications, collecting feedback, and tracking event outcomes.
  • Support the sales team with event participation, customer-facing materials, attendee coordination, and lead handover following events.

Marketing Materials & Inventory:

  • Coordinate, adapt, and produce marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, sales materials, branded assets, and promotional items, in line with UAS global brand guidelines.
  • Regularly monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of available promotional items, giveaways, and event materials.
  • Anticipate upcoming inventory requirements based on scheduled events, conferences, and marketing initiatives and communicate replenishment needs to the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate with printers, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure marketing materials are produced and delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.
  • Social Media & Content Support
  • Support UAS' day-to-day social media activities in the US, particularly LinkedIn, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Assist with developing and localizing content, including copy, visuals, and basic video content, for US audiences in collaboration with the global marketing team.
  • Support the implementation of regional digital and email marketing activities by coordinating assets, local requirements, and campaign materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across regional marketing activities.

Marketing & Administrative Support:

  • Collaborate with the global marketing team, US sales team, and other regional stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and campaign calendars.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research within the US aviation and business travel sectors and share relevant findings with the marketing team.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting event outcomes, social media engagement, collateral usage, and other marketing activities.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing materials, vendor information, event documentation, contacts, and related activities.
  • Support additional marketing projects and administrative activities as required by the Senior Marketing Manager.


Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  2. 1โ€“3 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, public relations, or a related field. Relevant internships and hands-on experience will also be considered.
  3. Interest or experience in event planning and coordination, including conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, or corporate events.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and deliverables.
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Willingness and ability to travel for work to support events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities as required.
  8. Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  9. Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
  10. Familiarity with content creation or design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is an advantage.
  11. Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms such as HubSpot or similar is an advantage but not essential.
  12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  13. Creative mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  14. Willingness to learn new marketing tools, platforms, technologies, and industry practices.
  15. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams across different time zones.
