The Events Manager owns BinSentry's full event portfolio - from our flagship Saddle Up customer event to
major industry trade shows and a calendar of regional sales shows. You will plan, coordinate, and execute
every detail of each event, ensuring BinSentry shows up professionally, on brand, and on budget. This is a
high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage venue selection, contract negotiation, logistics, catering, A/V, entertainment, and on-site
coordination.
Develop and manage the event budget, tracking actuals against plan.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) and external vendors to deliver a seamless
attendee experience.
Drive registration, communications, and attendee engagement before, during, and after the event.
Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports with attendance data, highlights, and
recommendations for continuous improvement.

Major Industry Trade Shows

Manage booth design, layout, freight, setup, teardown, and all show-services coordination for both
events.
Work with sales and customer experience to align show objectives, messaging, and staffing to
business priorities.
Handle exhibitor registrations, housing blocks, badge orders, and all exhibitor-services requirements.
Attend both events in person and serve as the primary BinSentry on-site contact.

Regional and Local Shows
Manage a portfolio of local, regional, and state-level shows and events on behalf of the sales team.
Coordinate logistics including booth materials, shipping, setup guidance, and staffing support.
Maintain a master events calendar and proactively communicate deadlines and requirements to the
sales team.
Evaluate new event opportunities and make recommendations based on market fit and ROI.

Sponsorships
Identify, evaluate, and manage trade show and event-related sponsorships aligned with BinSentry's
brand and commercial goals.
Negotiate sponsorship packages and ensure all deliverables (signage, speaking slots, digital assets,
etc.) are fulfilled.
Track sponsorship value and report on outcomes to marketing leadership.

Marketing Materials & Premiums
Ensure adequate inventory of marketing literature, product collateral, and branded premiums is
available for every show.
Coordinate with the marketing team on the creation and replenishment of materials.
Manage fulfillment and shipping of materials to events, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain organized inventory of reusable booth assets, signage, and display materials.

General Event Operations

Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, venues, vendors, and industry
associations.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, show kits, and planning templates to support
consistent execution.
Manage multiple events simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
Track and report on event ROI, key metrics, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

Required
3+ years of experience in event planning, trade show management, or a related marketing operations
role.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously, from planning through execution.
Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and budgets.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with sales,
marketing, and external partners.
Willingness and ability to travel to major events (IPPE, World Pork Expo, Saddle Up) and select
regional shows.

Preferred
Experience in the agriculture, ag-tech, animal nutrition, poultry, or swine industries.
Familiarity with trade show exhibitor processes (Freeman, GES, or similar show-services
contractors).
Experience managing sponsorship portfolios.
Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment within a distributed team.
Post-secondary education in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field.

What We Offer
A key, high-impact role where your work is visible across the entire organization and to our
customers.
Flexible hybrid or fully remote work environment.
Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where ideas are encouraged and ownership is rewarded.
