Events & Social Media Manager – Reading, PA

Upscale Restaurant, Booming Event Business!

Base $50-55k plus Tiered Commission, Benefits and Bonus Potential


A high-volume restaurant in Reading, PA is seeking a sales-driven, outgoing Events & Social Media Manager to own private events and our online presence.

This is a full-time, events-only role – no general management duties.


What You'll Do:

  • Be the main contact for all event inquiries (website, Facebook, Instagram, walk-ins, phone)
  • Sell event packages and manage the full event cycle from lead to execution
  • Ensure events are properly set up, staffed, and flawlessly executed – greet guests and lead the team on-site
  • Create and post consistent, engaging social media content to drive event sales
  • Manage all leads and follow-up in Monday.com
  • Collaborate with the GM on event staffing

What You Need:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, and social media
  • Outgoing personality that can engage and close
  • Strong organization and ability to consistently create and post content
  • Must be available weekends and late nights for events. Flexible hours when no events are booked.

Compensation:

  • Base: $50-55k
  • Tiered Monthly Commission
  • Year-end manager bonus
