Job description

Job Summary:
Brundage Activity Barn Indoor Sales team members are able to work independently and provide top-notch service to guests, bringing a sense of fun to their work every day. The Activity Barn is located south of McCall and is open Friday-Sunday plus some weekdays during holidays and special events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with ticketing process, and retail purchases
  • Help facilitate larger group needs efficiently
  • Daily cash management balancing daily transactions with receipts
  • Proficient use of computer and point of sale systems
  • Provide knowledgeable and accurate information about the Activity Barn and Brundage Mountain Resort to guests in person, over the phone and through e-mail
  • Help create retail displays and maintain retail inventory
  • Help with outdoor tasks and assist with food service as needed

Job Qualifications:
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing with guests and team members
  • Able to work weekends and holidays, flexible to work additional days based on business need
  • Have reliable means of getting to work.
  • Experience in cash handling and point of sale use preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Willing to cross-train and work as outdoor operator or food and beverage server at times
  • Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor capacity in adverse weather conditions
