The Role

We're looking for an Events & Community Manager to bring the Vale experience to life both offline and online. This is a highly creative, highly organized role for someone who loves building moments, curating energy, and growing in-person and social communities.

You'll own our events program end-to-end and help shape how our brand shows up everywhere from the Instagram comments to the Matcha Bar pop-ups.

This role sits on the Marketing Team and reports directly to the Head of Brand.

What You'll Do

Events (Core Focus)

  • Plan and execute 3+ events per month from concept to completion
  • Develop creative, on-brand event concepts that drive buzz and attendance
  • Own all logistics: partnerships, vendors, timelines, staffing, and execution
  • Collaborate closely with our matcha bar and cafe team to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences
  • Track performance and continuously improve events based on insights

Community Building

  • Build and nurture a strong Vale community of regulars, creators, and fans
  • Manage relationships with influencers, collaborators, and event attendees
  • Develop community-first initiatives that deepen loyalty and engagement
  • Be the voice and face of Vale at events and within our network

Social & Content

  • Engage with our audience-DMs, comments, and community interactions

Who You Are
  • 2+ years of hands-on event experience and a natural relationship builder
  • A creative thinker with strong taste and a sharp eye for culture
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented-you can juggle multiple events at once
  • You don't just execute, you understand why it works
  • Comfortable both behind the scenes and front-of-house
  • Experienced in events, community, or brand marketing (startup or hospitality a plus)
  • Passionate about food, beverage, wellness, or culture
What Success Looks Like
  • Events that are full, memorable, and distinctly "Vale"
  • A growing, engaged community that shows up again and again
  • Strong partnerships with creators and collaborators
  • Connecting the lines between our online community and IRL community
Employment Type: FULL_TIME
