Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with event managers to develop event concepts and themes
  • Assist in the logistical planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and registrations
  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to fulfill event requirements
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, breakdown, and attendee assistance
  • Assist in post-event evaluation and report generation
