Help
  • You will receive customer service requests for maintenance and repair of physical facilities by telephone call and by e-mail.
  • You will be responsible for evaluating the request and determining if it should be categorized as planned or unplanned, routine, urgent or emergency work.
  • You will create work orders in the computerized asset management system and provides the customer with the work order number(s) for reference.

  • This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
  • This position may require remaining on duty or be called in to duty in the event of a disaster, either manmade or natural.
  • This position requires the ability to do shift work on a rotating basis, including weekends, holidays, and the after-hours between 1600 and 0730.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) receiving and processing customer service requests for facilities maintenance; 2) accurately categorizing work as planned, unplanned, routine, urgent, or emergency; 3) utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (MAXIMO)
