Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing memorable events. The Event Assistant will play a key role in handling logistics, coordinating with vendors, supporting on-site activities, and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for event planning, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities
Event Planning Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue managers to secure services, equipment, and space.
  • Prepare event materials, including name badges, event programs, signage, and other promotional items.

Logistics Management:

  • Organize and oversee event logistics, such as venue setup, seating arrangements, registration areas, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Track and manage event inventory, including promotional materials, giveaways, and event décor.
  • Assist with guest accommodations, transportation, and other logistical needs.

On-Site Event Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact for attendees, speakers, and vendors on-site.
