Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?


Main purpose of the position:

Support the Events team in the planning, coordination, and execution of REVOLVE and FWRD events, and brand experiences. This role provides day-to-day administrative and logistical support while assisting with vendor coordination, event preparation, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up to help deliver seamless, best-in-class experiences.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and executing brand marketing events
  • Assist with vendor communication, scheduling, purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain event timelines, project trackers, calendars, and status documents.
  • Support cross-functional communication across the brand marketing team
  • Provide onsite event support, including setup, guest experience, troubleshooting, and strike.
  • Organize and maintain event inventory, storage, and production assets.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the Events team as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • 0–2 years of experience in events, marketing, hospitality, retail, or administrative support
    • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to lift and move event materials (up to 30 lbs.) and assist with onsite event setup.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous internship or experience supporting events, experiential marketing, retail marketing, or hospitality.
    • Experience working in fashion, beauty, retail, or luxury brands.
    • Passion for events, customer experience, and brand marketing.
    • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
