The Western Region Event Analyst supports all client event activities for J.P. Morgan's Private Bank in the Western region. Responsibilities include managing multiple event projects simultaneously, ranging from large-scale events to smaller roundtable dinners, with a focus on data management and use of the event management platform. The role involves assisting in event strategy and execution, proposing venues and content, and collaborating with global events team members, marketing colleagues, bankers, product partners, and senior management to deliver consistent client experiences aligned with business strategies. The position requires strong communication skills, accuracy, the ability to work under pressure, flexibility for long hours, and occasional travel.

As a Western Region Event Analyst in J.P. Morgan's Private Bank, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client event experiences. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to manage a diverse portfolio of events, from large-scale gatherings to intimate roundtable dinners, leveraging our event management platform and data-driven tools. You will bring creative ideas, suggest venues, and propose engaging content to enhance our event strategy and execution. By partnering with global events colleagues, marketing professionals, bankers, product partners, and senior management, you will help ensure every event reflects our brand's commitment to excellence and aligns with business objectives. Job responsibilities
  • Efficiently provide overall administrative support for the Western Region events team, including invoice and expense management, vendor setup, invoice processing, and tracking.
  • Effectively understand business objectives and support senior team members in developing event strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Securely manage confidential client data, event budgets, calendars, and operational efficiencies.
  • Proactively assist with vendor relationships, maintain venue contacts, and research event venues to obtain proposals.
  • Thoroughly execute pre-event tasks such as preparing briefing templates, producing name badges, place cards, menu cards, printed materials, seating assignments, and packing/shipping event supplies.
  • Accurately complete post-event tasks including final data management and preparation of event debrief documents.
  • Reliably provide onsite event staffing, including registration desk management, material distribution, presentation/AV oversight, speaker handling, and vendor coordination.
  • Consistently emphasize data management by leveraging the events management platform to track events, manage RSVPs, and conduct ROI analysis.
  • Effectively manage event email communications via the event management platform, including invitations, reminders, and post-event communications.
  • Diligently maintain event supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary items are in stock and organized.
  • Strategically think, problem solve, and offer creative solutions while liaising with other J.P. Morgan lines of business to leverage resources and cross-sell event opportunities.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
