About Our Client

Our client is hosting a large-scale community event supporting 650+ attendees and is seeking reliable event staff to assist with on-site setup and coordination.

Job Description

Addison Group is hiring Event Support Associates to assist with event setup and logistics for a one-day assignment in the Bronx. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment.

This role will primarily focus on preparing event spaces and ensuring materials are properly organized before guests arrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with setting up event spaces, including arranging tables and chairs
  • Organize signage, printed materials, and other event supplies
  • Support general room preparation and layout adjustments
  • Follow event lead instructions to ensure all areas are properly staged
