Essential Responsibilities:

  • Quality: Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, including regulatory compliance and nurse-sensitive indicators. Demonstrate critical thinking, multitasking, and thorough documentation. Apply evidence-based practices and make informed patient care assignments.
  • Community Service & Patient Satisfaction: Positively represent the healthcare facility in community events. Actively contribute to patient satisfaction through rounding, timely responses, service recovery, and professionalism. Foster a therapeutic environment and support healthcare students.
  • Patient Safety: Integrate safe patient care practices daily, including fall prevention, safe mobilization, medication administration, and patient identification. Report near misses and engage in proactive safety measures. Adhere to Just Culture principles, HIPAA, and national safety standards.
