Event Food Service Associate (1099 Contractor)
Location: Durham, NC
Position Summary
Grace Federal Solutions, LLC is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Event Food Service Associates to support special dining and catering events. This flexible, event-based opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to earn extra income while working in a professional and team-oriented environment.
As an Event Food Service Associate, you will play an important role in creating a positive dining experience by assisting with event setup, food service, and cleanup. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service will help ensure each event runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up dining areas and place settings prior to the start of each event.
  • Keep food stations stocked, organized, and presentable throughout meal service.
  • Assist with serving guests and supporting food service operations as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Help with event breakdown, cleanup, and restoring the venue after service.
  • Work collaboratively with event staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
  • Perform other event support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
