Job description

Revenue amp; Events Coordinator
Role Overview
This is an entry level role ideal for someone whoโ€™s organized, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment. You will be paired with a Sr. Level coordinator for small questions/mentorship that should not be directed to the Director of Rev The position is split between Sales and Marketing responsibilities. You will focus on executing local activities and community engagement as directed by centralized leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to schools, churches, PTAs, HOAs, sports teams, businesses, and local organizations
  • Qualify amp; follow up with ALL leads +support booking/confirmation of traditional smaller scale events. Escalate private park rental/ non-traditional large group bookings to regional or director.
  • Attend networking events to promote the park and generate new leads
  • Forward qualified leads to the Marketing amp; Sales Manager for support with closing
  • Support bookings for field trips, Spirit Nights, birthday parties, and other group events
  • Submit weekly activity reports and join weekly check-in calls
  • Execute local promotions and events as defined by the Marketing amp; Sales Management team.
  • Maintain in-park signage and flyers
  • Assist with special events and in-park activations
  • Create and post short-form TikTok content, following directions and guidelines provided by the Revenue and Events manager to ensure brand consistency.
Skills/Experience:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, schools, businesses, and local organizations.
  • Represent the company at networking events, chamber meetings, and community functions.
  • Establish strategic partnerships that drive long-term revenue opportunities and market visibility.
  • Maintain accurate reporting related to sales activity, marketing ROI.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or revenue management.
  • Experience overseeing multiple locations or regional territories preferred.
  • Strong background in group sales, event sales, or Local Store Marketing initiatives.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and locations simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.
  • Bilingual requirement
