Role Overview:  

Black Dragon Capital is seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant who takes pride in keeping a household and busy Executive running smoothly to support the day-to-day personal responsibilities and household needs of the CEO of Black Dragon Capital.  This role focuses on execution of tasks, errands, and light administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, requires exceptional organization, discretion, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism. Although you will interact daily with the CEO, this position will report to the CEO’s Executive Assistant, located in Boca Raton, Florida, who will manage your responsibilities, priorities, and scheduling. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Household & Personal Support 

  • Light home upkeep (not deep cleaning) 

  • Laundry (wash, fold, organize) 

  • Meal prep 1–2 times per week (simple meals for a few days) 

  • Grocery shopping and general errands 

  • Vehicle upkeep (fueling, car wash as needed) 

  

Logistics & Family Support (As Needed) 

  • Assist with coordination when children are in Puerto Rico 

  • Transport to activities or practices when required 

  • Maintain organized schedules and activity lists 

  

Administrative Support 

  • Sort and organize mail; maintain basic filing systems 

  • Create and manage lists, trackers, and task follow-ups 

  • Schedule appointments and make calls based on provided direction 

  

Medical & Pharmacy Coordination 

  • Maintain up-to-date medication lists 

  • Track last medical visits and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments 

  • Coordinate prescription refills and pick up medications 

  • Prepare and organize travel medication kits 

  

Transportation 

  • Provide reliable transportation to and from the airport (approximately 2 times per week) 

  • Ensure punctuality and consistency for all scheduled transport 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 

  • Strong reliability and punctuality 

  • Valid driver’s license 

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented 

  • Able to follow direction and execute tasks efficiently 

  • Discreet and trustworthy with personal matters 

  • Flexible and adaptable schedule
