Position: Cyber Security Engineer II SIN: 54151HACS Experience: Minimum 5 years Education: Bachelor's Degree required Location: Camp Lejeune, NC (On-site, with some travel across MCIEAST installations) Clearance: Secret clearance eligibility (Tier 3 BI) Notes: Key Personnel Position Summary: The Cyber Security Engineer II will provide cybersecurity engineering, monitoring, and support for the Regional FRCS Monitoring Platform. The candidate will configure and maintain VPNs, install and manage monitoring sensors, develop security policies, and provide continuous monitoring and incident response support across MCIEAST installations. Preferred Certifications: - Cyber Monitoring Services Platform Certified User Certification - ITILv4 Foundations - ICS-VLP Certificate 210W-01 - 10 - RMF Training (USMC specific) - CCNA or CCNP - Security - CISSP - Microsoft Certifications Key Responsibilities: - Conduct inspections and surveys of FRCS networks for integration with Regional Monitoring Services.

- Configure, install, maintain, and update Encrypt/Decrypt devices and VPN tunnels to the MCEN. - Install, manage, and update Cyber Monitoring Services Sitestores and Sensors for FRCS networks. - Manage a Cyber Monitoring Services Central Store for regional visibility and reporting.

- Enrich sitestore environments and data for accurate FRCS monitoring. - Develop and update cybersecurity policies for Regional Monitoring. - Develop and maintain cybersecurity procedures for the FRCS Monitoring Platform.

- Provide continuous monitoring of MCIEAST Regional FRCS networks, inventories, and events. - Assist in regionalizing FRCS Incident Response between installations, MCIEAST, and MCCOG. - Experience with Cyber Monitoring Services OT Monitoring Platform, SQL, and Microsoft Server software.

- Support RMF and A&A processes including MCCAST v2, RMF, DFIA, CNSSI 1253 compliance. - Create and manage POA&Ms, apply DISA STIGs, interpret NIST 800-53 and DoDI 8510.01 standards. - Conduct vulnerability and risk analysis.

- Minimum 1-year experience with Dragos platform monitoring systems. Additional Requirements: - Must be able to work on-site at Camp Lejeune with occasional travel. - Key personnel designation.
