CBH Homes is looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Event Assistant to help bring our events, sponsorships, and company experiences to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves details, enjoys serving people, and can jump in wherever needed with a positive attitude.
The Event Assistant will support the Events team by helping execute memorable events, maintaining organization behind the scenes, and ensuring the CBH brand always shines through professional representation and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning, setup, execution, and teardown of company events and sponsorships
  • Coordinate event logistics, supplies, timelines, and checklists
  • Attend and support company events, including occasional evenings and Saturdays
  • Manage event activities, volunteers, and on-site problem solving
  • Capture and share event content for social media and recaps
  • Help maintain organized event spaces, storage areas, and swag inventory
  • Support administrative and event prep tasks including printing, supplies, errands, and office coordination
  • Keep projects moving through strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Assist with community events, sponsorships, booths, tournaments, and company activations
  • Set up basic music and AV equipment as needed
Swag & Inventory Management
  • Organize, inventory, label, and prepare event swag
  • Order event materials and supplies including décor, giveaways, signage, and branded items
  • Maintain swag trackers and storage organization
  • Learn and follow approval processes for branded materials and event purchases
Administrative & Team Support
  • Assist with printing, laminating, folding, cutting, and event prep tasks
  • Support front desk coverage when needed
  • Keep office/event supplies stocked and organized
  • Organize event storage areas and materials
  • Run errands and support special projects as assigned
  • Order and coordinate office meals, coffee, and event food

Requirements
  • Experience in event planning, operations, project coordination, or team leadership
  • Experience with Gmail, task management software, and event/project tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs and thrive in both desk-based and physically active environments
