About the Role:
We’re looking for a self-driven, socially confident Rental Coordinator who thrives on ownership and results. In this role, you’ll manage orders end-to-end, and partner closely with clients to create tailored event solutions. Using strong product knowledge and a consultative approach, you’ll build standout proposals, guide clients through planning and showroom visits, and ensure seamless execution that turns event visions into memorable experiences

Folklore is all about style and creativity. Based in Sunny Southern California, we specialize in turning every event into an Instagram-worthy experience with our unique, curated furniture and decor. While So-Cal is our home base, we're constantly on the move, styling iconic events nationwide.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management, customer service, or event rental/hospitality industries.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience managing orders end-to-end, including proposals, change orders, and payments.
  • Proficiency with CRM and order management systems (HubSpot and RW preferred)

  • Operate autonomously and stay highly organized by managing accounts, orders, changes, and documentation in RW and HubSpot, while responding promptly via email and phone.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, showroom, and operations teams to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless event execution.
