THE JOB
The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory is seeking a Cleaning Crew Member to keep our venue show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. This position plays a key role in ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests, artists, and team members. This crew member supports both event operations and daily venue upkeep.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the venue at all times, including but not limited to restrooms, guest-facing areas, and common spaces.
  • Clean and disinfect fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls; ensure all areas remain free of trash and debris.
  • Restock restroom paper goods and hygiene supplies as needed.
  • Keep work areas neat and organized; clean equipment and assist with additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Partner with team members at the end of events to close the venue, including collecting recyclables, clearing lawn and reserved seating areas, and properly storing event equipment (lawn chairs, barricades, etc.).
  • Support the venue's sustainability initiatives by sorting waste, collecting recycling, conserving resources, and educating guests on sustainability efforts.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance on equipment, machines, and facility systems.
  • Use material-handling equipment safely and effectively.
  • Identify and report faulty equipment, defective materials, or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
  • Assist with emergency or unscheduled equipment repairs during events and scheduled maintenance during non-event hours.
  • Follow all safety regulations and maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting
