IT Court & Web Specialist

The Office of the District Attorney for the Macon Judicial Circuit is seeking a highly skilled IT Court & Web Specialist to provide technical support for courtroom proceedings, manage and update the office's website, and create compelling graphic designs for various initiatives. This role requires expertise in courtroom technology, web design, and graphic content creation to effectively support the office's mission in both legal and public-facing capacities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Courtroom & Trial Support:
    • Assist attorneys with courtroom technology, including electronic evidence display, presentation software, and video conferencing.
    • Set up and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment for trials, hearings, and legal proceedings.
    • Ensure proper functioning of digital exhibits, PowerPoint presentations, and trial-related multimedia.
    • Provide on-site IT support during court proceedings to minimize disruptions.
  • Web & Digital Content Management:
    • Maintain and update the District Attorney's Office website with relevant case information, news, events, and community outreach initiatives.
    • Ensure the website remains visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly.
    • Optimize web content for accessibility and compliance with legal and governmental regulations.
  • Graphic Design & Multimedia Creation:
    • Design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, reports, and social media content.

Education, Training and Experience
