The Administration Department serves as the communication hub for the resort. Administrative Assistants provide excellent customer service to accommodate guests while administering accurate information to staff, other departments, and guests. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Full and part-time seasonal positions will be considered.


Responsibilities:

*Directs incoming calls and emails, responding to messages from customers
*Providing customer service to walk-in customers
*Maintaining spreadsheets & waiver filing
*Perform daily functions with ticketing and pass printing systems
*Maintaining inventory of the office and uniform distribution
*Communicating information across departments to ensure optimal resort operation
*Assisting in HR duties
*Assisting in payroll processing
*Assisting in the application process and onboarding of staff
*Preparing reports
*Other Administrative and HR duties as assigned
*Assisting with Vendor applications, invoicing, communication, placement, and requirements as they pertain to events
*Assisting in ski and snowboard team events on and off the snow


Requirements or Qualifications

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive

*Administrative experience required

*Experience in event software preferred
*Experience in a customer service and HR  role preferred
*Reliable transportation required, with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
