These solutions often provide features like online registration, ticketing, scheduling, attendee engagement, analytics, and virtual event hosting. Responsibilities

We are a marketing technology engineering team responsible for the platforms that power marketing campaign delivery—from campaign enablement and orchestration through fulfillment, reporting, and permissions management.
Our team builds capabilities that connect customer signals, campaign platforms, marketing channels, decisioning systems, and fulfillment destinations through scalable and resilient integration patterns.
Our technology landscape includes serverless AWS services, containerized applications running on Red Hat OpenShift Service (ROSA) on AWS, event-driven and batch data processing, AWS data services, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and automated delivery pipelines (GitLab CI).
As the organization expands its digital and data-driven marketing capabilities, our team has a unique opportunity to build the next generation of campaign services that make personalized, omnichannel marketing faster to launch, easier to operate, and more effective for customers and agents.
Why Join Us?
• Build new marketing capabilities that directly improve customer and sales communications.
• Work on high-impact applications, services, and data pipelines used across multiple teams and business workflows.
• See a direct connection between your work and improvements in speed, quality, reliability, cost, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities

• Investigate technical issues and implement durable solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, deployments, and production-readiness activities.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and technical trade-offs.
• At the Lead level, provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and help improve engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Software development experience using Python and/or Java.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, or supporting enterprise applications and data-processing solutions.
