Job Description
A vendor participating in an upcoming event is seeking dependable temporary help with booth setup and breakdown at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas. This hands-on assignment involves assembling or taking down plastic grid display panels used to showcase merchandise, along with organizing booth materials.
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble or disassemble plastic grid panels used for the vendor display
  • Set up, organize, or pack booth materials and merchandise displays
  • Follow instructions to ensure the booth is arranged or taken down efficiently
  • Maintain an organized and safe work area throughout the assignment
  • Assist with general event booth setup or breakdown tasks as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Dependable and punctual for the full scheduled shift
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in an event environment
  • Comfortable with hands-on setup and breakdown duties
  • Must be available for the selected four-hour assignment
  • Previous event setup, warehouse, merchandising, or similar experience is helpful but not required
