What is an event setup assistant?

Event Setup Assistants are professionals responsible for preparing venues for events such as conferences, weddings, meetings, and parties. Their duties include arranging furniture, setting up audio-visual equipment, decorating spaces, and ensuring all materials are in place before the event starts. They often work closely with event coordinators and other staff to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
