**Job Title: Banquet Set-Up Associate**
**Job Description:**
Are you passionate about creating exceptional event experiences? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Set-Up Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring that our guests have unforgettable experiences during their special events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the event planning team to understand the layout and requirements for each banquet or event.
- Set up tables, chairs, linens, tableware, and any other necessary equipment in accordance with the event plan.
- Ensure that all decor is properly arranged and aligned with the event's theme or style.
- Perform thorough inspections to confirm the venue is ready for guests, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and order.
- Provide assistance in breaking down the setup post-event, ensuring items are stored correctly and venues are ready for the next function.
- Communicate with catering and service staff to ensure seamless event execution.
- Address any immediate issues or changes that may arise during an event setup or takedown.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in event set up or hospitality roles is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required by set-up duties.
- Adaptable to working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as events dictate.
