LOOK Dine-In Cinemas: Corporate Partnerships & Event Sales Manager

LOOK Cinemas is seeking a Corporate Partnerships & Events Sales Manager based in Tysons, VA. The ideal candidate has experience and proven success with B2B sales and private/corporate events.

The perfect candidate is driven and resourceful, forward-thinking, and committed to creating incredible and memorable events for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and build corporate event database
  • Quote and plan corporate events in theatres: business meetings, private movie screenings, and special events
  • Create B2B marketing strategy for special events
  • Network with local business community, at chamber events and other business meetings
  • Research new leads and maintain active outreach 
  • Represent the brand and venues to potential clients
  • Build and nurture client relationships
  • Manage event proposals, quote, and contracts
  • Utilize CRM platform to implement communication calendar and strategy
  • Provide sales reporting and analysis to management team
  • Develop strategic collateral and tools to generate new business
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual goals 
  • Monitor special events and meeting venue industry for trends and insights

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5-7 years sales experience in entertainment/hospitality/travel industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business (prefer: Marketing, Sales, or Entertainment)
  • Working knowledge of local market
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client relations
  • Salesforce experience preferred
