Status: Full-Time
Salary Range: $53,000 - $60,000 annually (experience-based compensation)

What You'll Do
As our Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind group sales and event coordination, managing every detail from initial inquiry to final billing. You'll build lasting relationships with clients, collaborate across departments, and help us hit ambitious revenue goals. Your Day-to-Day
  • Manage the full sales cycle for groups up to 50 guests, including contracting, detailing, and reservations
  • Negotiate guest room rates and services within approved guidelines
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver seamless events
  • Create floor plans, event orders, and group resumes to ensure flawless execution
  • Monitor room blocks and F&B guarantees to control costs and maximize revenue
  • Prospect new business through calls, emails, site visits, and networking events
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely billing and payment collection
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and maintain strong client relationships
  • Stay current on hotel services, local attractions, and emergency procedures
  • Support the team with special projects and contribute to a positive work culture

What You Bring
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales or event coordination
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
