Event Sales Assistants are professionals who support the sales team by helping to promote and sell event spaces or services. They are responsible for assisting with client inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating event details, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the event management team. Their goal is to help secure bookings, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of events. This role often involves administrative tasks, follow-up with clients, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, event planning tools, and office productivity suites is typically required. Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask help you build client relationships and handle dynamic environments.
