Overview
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering projects that align with our business goals, ensuring they finish on time and within budget. By working closely with cross-functional teams, this person defines project requirements, manages schedules, reduces risks, and provides timely updates, supporting smooth implementation and delivering defined results. With a focus on clarity, alignment, and accountability, the Project Manager applies best practices to achieve excellent outcomes for all stakeholders.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end project planning, including scope definition, requirements gathering, sequencing of activities, and creation of detailed project plans.
  • Manages day-to-day execution of project tasks, ensuring alignment to goals, timelines, quality standards, and risk identification and resolution.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams, departments, and business units to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinates resources, assigns responsibilities, and ensures accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develops and delivers clear, timely communication regarding project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions, and escalates issues appropriately to remove barriers and maintain momentum.
  • Tracks project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
  • Ensures financial and staffing resources are used efficiently and aligned with project goals.
  • Leads meetings, briefings, and presentations for team members and executives.
  • Stays updated on changes in new technologies, trends, and innovative best practices in project management.
  • Performs other duties assigned under the direction of the manager.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, preferred.
  • 5 plus years of leadership experience, preferably in project management or change management
  • Experience leading cross-departmental initiatives, highly preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, or related project management certifications preferred, Agile certifications a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, etc.).
