Now Hiring: MT Production Manager

Location: Hilliard, OH | Full-Time Onsite | Reports to: Operations Manager – Maintenance

We’re looking for an MT Production Manager to lead maintenance operations, drive efficiency, and ensure our crews consistently deliver high-quality results across all properties.

About the Role

As the MT Production Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day execution of maintenance operations ensuring crews are scheduled effectively, properties are maintained to standard, and resources are used efficiently.

You’ll lead teams, oversee scheduling, manage job costing, and ensure safety, quality, and customer expectations are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organization, field awareness, and the ability to develop people while driving performance.

What You’ll Do

Safety & Compliance (20%)
Lead safety efforts by enforcing policies, conducting audits, and providing hands-on training to crews.

Maintenance Program Management (20%)
Oversee scheduling, routing, and execution of maintenance services to ensure efficiency and high service standards.

Resource Management & Financial Stewardship (20%)
Manage labor, equipment, and materials while tracking job costs and maintaining alignment with financial targets.

Team Leadership & Development (20%)
Train, coach, and develop crews to improve performance, retention, and long-term growth.

Customer & Sales Support (10%)
Partner with sales and client-facing teams to ensure expectations are met and identify enhancement opportunities.

Administrative & Operational Responsibilities (10%)
Maintain accurate records, support reporting, and ensure operational alignment across the division.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3–5+ years of experience in landscaping, maintenance, or field operations
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing crews
  • Solid understanding of scheduling, routing, and operational efficiency
  • Experience with job costing, budgets, and resource management
  • Knowledge of horticulture, plant health, and maintenance best practices
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Valid driver’s license
