About Us

California Ice Company is a leading manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice, dry ice, and block ice throughout Southern California. Our Lake Elsinore facility operates around the clock to produce and distribute high-quality ice products to retail stores, restaurants, event venues, and commercial customers.

We are seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our Production Team.

Position Overview

The Production Team Member is responsible for supporting the daily production, packaging, storage, and loading of ice products. This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations and ensuring customers receive quality products on time.

This is a physically demanding position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor ice production and packaging equipment
  • Package and palletize ice products according to company standards
  • Load and unload trucks and trailers
  • Move product throughout the facility using pallet jacks and other equipment
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Perform quality checks on finished products
  • Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Support production and warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Strong attendance and punctuality record
