Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Events Coordinator, you will assist with the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of various meetings and events for a high-profile client. This position demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can ensure seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Manage all aspects of meeting and event planning, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, budget management, and logistics.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event details are executed to the highest standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
Support the management of event budgets and track expenses.
Create and distribute event materials, including invitations, agendas, and presentations.
Handle post-event follow-up, including thank you notes and feedback collection.
