Reports To: Salt Company Director


Job Overview: Salt Company Staff will support Hill City Church's objectives through the embodiment of the mission statement: Together, we love God, love others, and make disciples of Jesus Christ. As a Salt Staff member, you will assist in the planning and execution of various aspects of college ministry including building strategy for the discipleship of students, event planning and execution, and development of student leaders. This position will also assist in training, equipping and sending members of Hill City Church into our community and world to share the Gospel.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the building, coordination, and execution of special events and equipping spaces
  • Assist in the building, coordination, and execution of midweek gatherings
  • Build and invest in the Salt Company leadership team
  • Meet with, evangelize to, and disciple new believers on campus
  • Assist Hill City Staff as needed
  • Training, organizational development, and processes required of all staff


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Salt Company or college ministry
  • Bachelor's degree or applicable experience
  • Passion for sharing the Gospel with college students
  • Interest in going on a future Hill City church plant
  • Physically able to participate in most activities college students take part in
  • Highly collaborative and strong team-working skills
  • Organized, self-driver who is able to take general direction and produce results
