We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various events from conception to completion. This role requires exceptional time management skills, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring that all aspects of the event align with our clients' vision and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of events.
  • Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure necessary services.

  • Manage on-site event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and attendees before, during, and after events.
