Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Catering Operations Manager to oversee the daily execution of banquet and catering events in a high-volume hospitality environment. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through strong operational leadership, staff management, and seamless coordination between front-of-house, culinary, and event teams. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is passionate about hospitality and event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all catering and banquet operations for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and private functions.
  • Coordinate event logistics with culinary, service, and management teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage front-of-house banquet staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance oversight.
  • Ensure proper event setup, service flow, breakdown, and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to client and guest needs.
