Join our Popeyes team at Southpoint Mall as a Fooda & Pop-Up Event Crew Member! This role is responsible for supporting Fooda and pop-up event operations while also assisting within the store as needed. We are seeking one dependable and responsible individual who can independently manage event responsibilities, provide excellent customer service, and represent the Popeyes brand professionally at all times.

Due to the nature of this role, this position offers higher compensation based on travel expectations, use of a personal vehicle, and flexible event scheduling requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service during Fooda and pop-up events.
  • Take customer orders and accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
  • Prepare and serve menu items according to Popeyes quality and recipe standards.
  • Set up, maintain, and break down pop-up and event stations in a clean and organized manner.
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout all event operations.
  • Assist with inventory organization, supply management, and product rotation for events.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with store management and team members to ensure successful event execution.
  • Support Southpoint Mall store operations as needed based on business demands.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driverโ€™s license and reliable personal vehicle for transportation to assigned Fooda and pop-up event locations.
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM, including evening events.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Prior customer service or food service experience preferred but not required.
