Job Overview:

RUDIS is seeking an Event Sales Rep with excellent interpersonal skills and a sales mindset. An Event Sales Rep is responsible for working under the instructions of the Event Manager, driving a box truck to and from events, setting up and tearing down, assisting customers, and being a positive representation of the RUDIS brand. This role requires frequent travel up to 30-40 events per year, physical stamina, high energy levels, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to an Event Manager, the Event Sales Representative role requires an ability to problem solve, communicate, and positively interact with customers
  • Communicate effectively with Tournament Director(s) of each event
  • Lead on site sales with a focus of meeting or exceeding sales forecasts.
  • Manage event sales inventory and product assortment to achieve sales targets.
  • Loading and unloading equipment and inventory from trucks
  • Setting up the "pop-up store" at event venues including shelving and displays
  • Effectively operate cash register/POS system
  • Ensure an excellent levels of customer service
  • Maintain an orderly and organized gear display space
  • Upholding brand standards and following company policies
  • Driving in company vehicles to various event locations across the country


Compensation:

  • $45,000 per year base salary plus commission
  • Hotel, Food, and other expenses while traveling for events are covered by RUDIS


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Physical stamina and high energy levels

  • Must hold valid driver's license
  • Must possess the ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Must be able to remain in a seated position for prolonged periods
