Job Description:As an Event Manager at Capital NYC, you will be responsible for orchestrating every aspect of events from conception to execution. You'll collaborate with clients, vendors, and our internal team to ensure seamless delivery of events that exceed expectations. From managing budgets to overseeing logistics, you'll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop event concepts and themes in collaboration with clients
  • Plan and execute all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to secure necessary services and equipment
  • Lead on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and timely problem-solving
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in event planning and management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
