At Pamella Roland, this role offers hands-on experience and exposure to the full eveningwear design lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to see the collection process from concept through final execution.

You will assist with embroidery layouts, learn hand-sewing techniques, participate in local sourcing, and support photoshoots and special projects. No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn, contribute, and gain firsthand experience within a luxury fashion house.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Design team with daily administrative and creative tasks
  • Support seasonal collection development and design research
  • Organize fabric, trim, and color libraries
  • Create and update inspiration boards, design boards, and presentation materials
  • Assist with embroidery layouts and design revisions as needed
  • Prepare materials for fittings and meetings
  • Assist with local sourcing of fabrics, trims, and other materials
  • Support runway, photoshoots, and special projects as assigned
  • Help maintain organization within the design studio
  • Conduct market and trend research
