About A Twosome Place
Twosome Place is a leading premium dessert café brand from South Korea, known for its high quality coffee, artisan cakes, and sophisticated café experience. Since opening its first store in Seoul in 2002, the brand has grown to over 1,700 locations and has built a strong reputation for combining specialty coffee with patisserie-style desserts. As we launch and expand our operations in the United States, we are looking for experienced cake decorators. This role will be a key partner in establishing a strong foundation for our US teams.

  • Assist with assembling and finishing signature cakes, pastries, and seasonal desserts.
  • Ensure every product meets our quality, consistency, and presentation expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation following all local health regulations.
  • Properly store, rotate, and manage ingredients to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with café leadership to support new menu launches and seasonal offerings.
  • Help maintain production schedules while meeting daily demand and special-order deadlines.
  • Support inventory management and communicate product needs proactively.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of professional cake decorating or bakery experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining premium quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
  • Availability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Appreciates clean, modern design and refined presentation.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about hospitality and serving others
  • Friendly and approachable with guests and fellow team members
  • Calm under pressure

Nice to Have
  • Experience in F&B, café, restaurant, or franchise-based retail operations.
  • Strong piping, frosting, finishing, and decorating techniques.
  • Experience producing cakes in a high-volume bakery, café, or pastry kitchen is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
  • Strong understanding of K-brands, franchise operations, and Korean business culture.
